We are a marketing and IT services company built to close the gap between what gets built
and what actually reaches the customer.
Who We Are
Engineers and marketers who sit at the same table
Moonstera Technologies Inc was founded on a simple observation: the website, the software
and the campaigns are one system, and splitting them across separate vendors is what makes
digital projects expensive and slow.
So we assembled a single team that can architect a platform, write the code, secure the
infrastructure and then generate the demand that justifies all of it. From our base in
Inglewood, California, we work with organisations that would rather have one partner who
understands the whole picture than four who each hold a corner of it.
Strategy, engineering and marketing in one contract
Direct access to the people doing the work
Documentation and ownership handed over, never withheld
Two statements that decide which projects we take and how we run the ones we accept.
Our Mission
To give growing organisations a technology and marketing partner they can rely on
completely — one that builds systems worth trusting, brings the right audience to them,
and explains every decision in language the whole business can act on.
Our Vision
A market where companies no longer accept the divide between the people who build and
the people who promote — where integrated delivery is the standard rather than the
premium option.
Our Values
The standards we hold ourselves to
These are not posters on a wall. They decide how we scope, how we price and how we answer
when something goes wrong.
Straight answers
If an idea will not work, we say so before the invoice, not after. Honest scoping saves
everyone the expensive conversation later.
Evidence over instinct
Preferences are cheap and behaviour is measurable. We instrument first, then argue about
the design.
Security as default
Access control, backups and patching are part of the build, never an upsell bolted on
after the launch.
Respect for time
Short meetings, clear agendas and written decisions. Your calendar should not be the
cost of working with us.
Craft that lasts
We write code and structure accounts so the next person can pick them up without an
archaeology expedition.
Shared ownership
Your accounts, repositories and assets belong to you from the first day and stay that
way if we part company.
How We Operate
Principles that survive contact with a deadline
Good intentions collapse under pressure unless they are written into the way the work is
organised. These are ours.
01
One accountable lead
Every engagement has a named owner who answers for both the technical and the marketing side.
02
Scope before effort
Nothing starts until the deliverable, the boundary and the sign-off are written down and agreed.
03
Ship in increments
Work arrives in reviewable pieces, so you can steer while there is still time to steer.
04
Document as we go
Handover material is produced alongside the work, not reconstructed from memory at the end.
The People
Specialists you will actually speak to
No account layer between you and the work. The people described here are the ones on your
calls.

accounts — with a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order.
Independent technical and marketing review
Ranked findings with clear reasoning
Actionable plan your own team can run
